3*4*11 Never Give Up

"If you really want something, work hard, take advantage of opportunities, and never give up, you will find a way." -Jane Goodall

Where there is a will there is a way. Hard work pays off, even if you do not see the end in sight, keep moving forward taking those opportunities and using them in order to achieve what you for so desire. Nobody said hard work was going to be easy but if you work hard enough and long enough, you will be amazed at what you can achieve. Most importantly, do not ever give up on something that you are working for. When you get what you want after all the hard work, it will be the best feeling and this I promise! I wish you all health and happiness on this Friday

3*3*11 Stand in your own truth

"Strength is knowing who you are. Strength is standing in your own truth. Strength is doing your best, then letting go."

I found this quote and immediately fell in love with it. The line "Strength is standing in your own truth" is empowering and to truly know oneself and staying true to that... That is real strength. My wish for you is to believe in yourself, learn who you are, and stand up for that person. You are ultimately the one to make yourself happy and once you do so, all other aspects of your life will be filled with happiness. Do not let others break you down or belittle you for if you know yourself, you are already doing your best!

2*24*11 Dream Big

"Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world" -Harriet Tubman

Be that dreamer who wishes to change the world. It may be your own world that is changed or by following your dream you may find that you change the lives of others. One dream can lead to another and the next thing you know, you are creating the life you always imagined. Passion, patience and strength are key components that each and every one of us has, it may just take a little to pull them out and put them to work in order to achieve great things. I challenge you to chase one of your dreams, no matter the size, and I bet you will discover a new side to yourself!

2*23*11 Embrace the Uncertainty

"If you're feeling frightened about what comes next, don't be. Embrace the uncertainty. Allow it to lead you places. Be brave as it challenges you to exercise both your heart and your mind as you create your own path towards happiness, don't waste time with regret. Spin wildly into your next action. Enjoy the present, each moment, as it comes; because you'll never get another one quite like it".

Make the best of each and every day. I know that sometimes when the going gets tough and your world seems to be falling apart in front of your eyes, it is hard to keep that in mind but you know what... YOU are tougher! I do not like the unknown and I blame it on my Type-A personality I inherited from my dad. However, I have learned that things happen and they all happen for a reason and the way they are supposed too. There is a greater plan for each and everyone of us and each day is a gift. A gift that must be embraced and enjoyed. Share your gift with those around you and always remember that we all make mistakes but instead of dwelling on them and letting them get you down, move forward and learn from those lessons as they shape you into the unique individual you are! Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Welcome Welcome!

Most of us have our morning routines... Some sit and read the paper with a hot cup of joe in hand while others of us are busy running around getting morning workouts in as some sit in traffic while others are still sound asleep. This blog is to inspire, encourage, motivate, or at least give you something to add to your morning hoping you will start your day off on the right foot. I am a quotes/sayings girl and I love when I find something that sticks with me like white on rice. I hope you find joy in reading this as I do in writing it.
